During the period in which you have successfully activated and maintain a valid membership, you may, without paying any additional fees, fully access all content designated as VIP‑exclusive on the Motonovel platform, including but not limited to VIP chapters of all books, paid episodes of series, and other member‑exclusive content as may be offered by the platform from time to time. You may browse the above content an unlimited number of times during the validity of your membership, free from any per‑item purchase restrictions.
Upon expiration of your membership period, you will no longer be able to access the aforementioned VIP content. If you wish to continue using such content, you must renew your membership at the then‑effective membership price, or unlock content individually at the per‑content purchase price published on the platform.
Membership benefits belong solely to the account used when purchasing the membership. Such benefits are non‑transferable, non‑shareable, and may not be moved to another account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and login credentials, and you shall be liable for all activities conducted through your account. If, due to your own reasons (including but not limited to lending your account, leaking your password, or suffering a cyber‑attack), your account is used by others or your membership benefits are occupied, Motonovel shall not bear any responsibility for compensation or restoration. Please take all appropriate measures to protect the security of your account.
The Motonovel VIP membership includes an automatic renewal feature. This feature means that, provided you have already activated a VIP membership, the system will automatically deduct the fee for the next billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or yearly) from the third‑party payment account bound to your account when your current membership period is about to expire, in order to extend your membership.
The implementation of this feature is conditional upon your having successfully bound a valid payment account and upon that account having sufficient balance. If the deduction fails due to insufficient balance, account abnormalities, or issues with the third‑party payment platform, this automatic renewal will not be completed, and your membership service will terminate upon the expiration of the current period.
Only one active automatic‑renewal subscription may be activated for the same account at any given time; duplicate activations are not permitted.
If Motonovel adjusts the price of the VIP membership service prior to an automatic renewal, the renewal deduction will be based on the adjusted effective price.
This Agreement becomes effective on the date you activate the automatic renewal service and remains in force until you voluntarily cancel the service or your VIP membership expires without successful renewal.
You have the right to cancel the automatic renewal service at any time. To avoid being charged for the next period, please ensure that you complete the cancellation at least two days before the end of the current billing cycle. The cancellation procedures for different payment channels are as follows:
After you successfully cancel the automatic renewal service, the current paid membership period remains valid and your membership benefits are not affected. From the expiration date of the current period onward, we will no longer renew your membership, and your membership service will terminate.
Any automatic deductions that were authorized by you before cancellation (if any) remain valid, and Motonovel shall not refund any fees actually deducted based on such authorization; you shall bear all related liabilities.
Special Note: After you successfully cancel this service, your VIP benefits that have already taken effect due to successful payment in the current cycle will not be affected, and VIP will not be renewed after expiration. The authorization for Motonovel to automatically renew and deduct fees before you chose to terminate the service remains valid. Motonovel will not refund any fees deducted based on this authorization, and you shall bear the related responsibilities.
