MotoNovel Subscription Agreement

Motonovel VIP Subscription Service refers to the auto-renewal service provided under the condition that you have already activated Motonovel VIP. If you activate this service, it is deemed that you authorize MotoNovel to deduct the fee for the next billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or annually) from the third-party payment account bound to your VIP account when your VIP is about to expire. The implementation of this service is conditional upon you having bound your VIP account to the aforementioned account and being able to successfully deduct from said account. Renewal failure due to insufficient deductible balance in the account will result in the service not being renewed.

2. You can only activate one subscription service at a time for your account.

3. Cancellation of this service is at your discretion. If you choose not to cancel, it is deemed that you agree to MotoNovel attempting to renew by deducting payment according to these rules. Once the deduction is successful, MotoNovel will activate VIP for the next billing cycle. If the VIP service price is adjusted before automatic renewal, the current effective price shall prevail.

4.This service is effective from the date you activate it and remains valid until you voluntarily choose to cancel it or when the VIP expires.

5.If you need to cancel this subscription service, please complete the cancellation at least two days before the next deduction cycle. Android users can cancel the subscription service in their Google Play account. iOS users should go to Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions, select MotoNovel, and cancel the corresponding subscription.

Special Note: After successful cancellation of this service, your VIP benefits that have already taken effect due to successful payment in the current cycle will not be affected, and VIP will not be renewed after expiration. The authorization for MotoNovel to automatically renew and deduct fees before you chose to terminate the service remains valid. MotoNovel will not refund any fees deducted based on this authorization, and you shall bear the related responsibilities.
